Bio & Introduction

I work with manufacturing SMBs, B2B distributors and public organizations. I take the file end to end: understanding the need, building the plan, developing the solution, integrating it into operations and following it once it is running.

I learned AI on real mandates, on factory floors, in distribution and inside public organizations. The same finding comes back every time: what blocks a project is almost never the technology. It is poorly defined processes, scattered data and teams nobody brought along.

My path starts with a bachelor's degree in administration, entrepreneurship profile, from UQAR's Lévis campus. The technical side was added alongside it at the University of Helsinki: Python programming and machine learning algorithms. I completed the last stage of my degree at HEG Geneva, in Switzerland, in a concentration combining AI, machine learning and the management of corporate innovation projects.

The technical training tells you what is feasible. Knowing what is worth doing is learned on mandates.
